The house itself is comfortable, casual, and unpretentious, not overly fancy, but perfectly suited for surfers, fishermen, families and low-key beach lovers. With space for 6–8 guests across 3 nicely sized bedrooms and an outdoor pool and deck area, it’s ideal for families, groups of friends or anyone looking for a relaxed tropical escape.

What’s within walking distance?

Sunshine Daydream is centrally located in Puntas. At the bottom of the driveway is The Beach House, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. About a 5-minute walk down the hill is Maria’s Beach, a popular surf break with board rentals available at Road 2 Happiness.

From Maria’s Beach, a scenic coastal trail runs north toward Domes Beach or south toward Marina Beach – perfect for morning walks or sunset strolls.

Should we rent a car?

Yes. There is no Uber service in Rincón and taxis are limited. The town is hilly, and while some spots are walkable, having a car will allow you to explore beaches, restaurants and attractions beyond town and fully experience the area.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations made more than one month in advance require a 1/3 deposit, refundable up to one month prior to arrival.
A second deposit is due one month before arrival and is non-refundable.
Reservations made within one month of arrival require a 1/2 deposit, which is non-refundable.
Remaining balances and cleaning fees are due upon arrival.

Is the house kid-friendly?

Yes, children are welcome. For safety, children must be supervised at all times, especially on the pool deck.
